Minecraft Launcher Will Not Set Up From Microsoft Store

From Love's Story
Jump to: navigation, search

I've tried installing Minecraft Launcher for days now, with no success. MINECRAFT SERVERS tried all of the usually instructed strategies (e.g. home windows updates, wsreset, reregistering the store, etc.).

I'm down to the purpose where I discovered the place to seek out the logs to try to get some more *technical* help.....

Symptoms:

* Downloading worked fantastic

* When on the Minecraft Launcher web page and clicking the "Install" button, nothing (!) occurs

* When in the library record, and clicking the "cloud" icon within the Minecraft Launcher row, it begins spinning for some time, then stops and reverts to the "cloud" icon

Wanting on the logs, here's my general impression:

* There's an terrible lot of "Error: The operation completed successfully.", which sounds a bit bizarre (though might be okay)

* There is a bunch of "Error: Unknown HResult Error code: 0xefffffff"

* A single "Error: A specified logon session does not exist. It may have already got been terminated."

* A bunch of "Error: Unknown HResult Error code: 0x89245104"

* A bunch of "Error: The parameter is incorrect."

Notes:

* I am a software engineer myself (which is why after following multiple 20-steps-to-repair-microsoft-store or whatevers, I started to search for logs as an alternative), so some insights into how to fix these specific, obvious mentions of errors within the logs could be very a lot appretiated.

* I've included the complete logs from one try down below, and replaced some stuff that sounded like account IDs and so on. by REDACTED_FOR_Privateness

* Logs are retrieved from the Event Viewer

* If there's community assist Based ON THE ERRORS FROM THE LOGS, that will after all be tremendously appreciated, but I am fairly sure that at this point, the assistance must be from actual Microsoft staff, as a result of only they will have access to the code (or a minimum of know who to contact, realizing software program engineers, they don't seem to be exposing themselves in any ways to finish users ;) )

* Actual windows version is Microsoft Home windows 10 Pro, build Model 10.0.19044 Build 19044

* Hardware is a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Excessive
