Cool! I am very pleased with my choice and the work done! Andrey quickly answered questions, even at the late evening. It was very easy to schedule a time. Our sewer line backed up and nearly destroyed the carpeting in our Capitol Hill basement. Andrey was our hero. He was quick to respond, thorough and transparent regarding costs, professional, and pleasant to have in the house. He did a fantastic job disinfecting, replacing padding, drying everything out, and shampooing the carpet. Absolutely recommend his services.

We've had three carpet cleaners in this house over the years, Ultimate is the best. Ultimate got out stains other cleaners couldn't. I just wanted to clean the carpet once more before we replace it, but now they look so good we'll keep them longer. Best carpet cleaner we've ever had. Recommend.
Andrey's a great guy. My basement flooded and he was able to get to me sooner than any of the competitors-not because he didn't have work, but because he cares and wants to mitigate your damages. He squeezed me in despite having an appointment to get to and was very courteous in asking the other customer if he could postpone because my situation was a major disaster (that customer only needed some carpet replaced so she gave him permission to). I feel Andrey's also very honest. He always explained everything that was going on. When there was an issue later with finding more moisture, he returned to take care of it without complaint nor charging more for additional days with the drying equipment. I'd recommend him to anyone who gets flooded.
What an incredible experience! I reached out to Audrey and he was extremely responsive and committed to a time to come clean the carpet in my 2 bed condo in Arlington. Audrey showed up on time, and was hassle free. I've had carpets cleaned before and there always seemed to be a bait and switch. I highly recommend Audrey for and his team: great work, professional, on time and HONORABLE.
What an amazing job!! We needed the carpet in our old apartment cleaned before officially turning over the keys and Andrey and his crew did a wonderful job! I needed someone to do a small job cleaning a carpet in the bedroom of a condo for a move out. There was a little bit of a time pressure because I needed it done the same week before staging would occur. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration was fast to respond to my request for a quote through Yelp. Since it was a small job, the estimate was the minimum fee. We quickly set up a time for the work to done. I wouldn't be able to be there during the time the work would be done, but I left a check in the condo and directions to a lockbox, which worked for them. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning sent me photos of the carpet after it was cleaned. I managed to swing by later that day and observed for myself that all stains in the carpet were removed. All in all, Ultimate Carpet Cleaning was easy to work with. All our communication wound up being via Internet, and they were quick to reply to inquiries and kept me informed.
I had to have my rental property cleaned between tenants and had an extremely busy schedule. Not only were they extremely accommodating, they did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and dryer vent. Very courteous, professional and on-time. When i need cleaning services in the future, i will definitely use them again.

I do think some Yelp reviewers randomly give out unusually high or low numbers without giving thought to how those ratings might unfairly skew the overall review scores. With that in mind, I initially gave a very high "4" rating to Ultimate, but am now pleased to bump it to a "5." The carpets have now had a full opportunity to dry and have been vacuumed. The result is even better than I first observed. It is like having all-new carpets in the house. You can't even tell where the furniture was placed! I would recommend this company and use their services again if needed. Top-shelf.
Andrey did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! He is professional, fair-priced, and a hard worker. I felt very comfortable on the phone that he was an honest businessman, so I hired him for the job. He has the modern equipment of a professional in his field. I have light carpet throughout the house that needed a good annual cleaning. Andrey did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our home, as well as a sofa, loveseat, and chair. The carpets look great, he was able to extract a couple of stains we thought permanent, and the furniture looks brand new. I had a fantastic experience with Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. Its owner, Andrey, is superb. He responded almost instantly to my request for a quote, came the next day to give an estimate, and then came the day after that to remove a difficult and persistent odor that my two cats left on the carpet in a bedroom and closet. He also performed a repair on an area of carpet that is so good you would never know it had been damaged. I am very happy with the result.
I had just removed a large Persian rug that was over untouched wall-to wall carpeting, and I was expecting company the following day. There was a very noticeable demarkation line between the pristine new carpeting below the Persian rug and the uncovered three year old adjacent carpeting. I called the previous carpet cleaner but their phone lines were closed till Monday. I looked on Yelp and found a company, located just blocks from my condo, with five star reviews. Andrey answered the phone and came by within 15 minutes to see the flooring. He returned with his truck, cleaned my entire unit for his minimum job price, and totally eradicated the demarkation line. The worn and previously covered new carpeting blended together beautifully. Did I mention all this happened on a Sunday!!!

My career in the carpet cleaning/water damage restoration business began as a helper in a company on the Eastern shore. I quickly earned the trust of the company's owner who put me in charge of a carpet cleaning truck as a technician.
Fortunately he recognized my potential and valued my initiative and integrity, He ensured that I learned all aspects of the business. Subsequently he promoted me to field manager directly supervising all company technicians. I was also given responsibility for fleet operational assignments and managing all fleet maintenance.
After working with the company for 9 years, my wife and I graduated from Salisbury University and relocated to explore career opportunities.
The experience and expertise I had gained, enabled me to open my own business, the Cleaning and Restoration Company.

Andrey did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in our home, as well as a sofa, loveseat, and chair. The carpets look great, he was able to extract a couple of stains we thought permanent, and the furniture looks brand new. A military-friendly businessman, Andrey offers a 10% discount to military customers...very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to offer our wholehearted recommendation for Andrey. He is conscientious and does a great job, paying very close attention to detail. Thanks!

I had a fantastic experience with Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. Its owner, Andrey, is superb. He responded almost instantly to my request for a quote, came the next day to give an estimate, and then came the day after that to remove a difficult and persistent odor that my two cats left on the carpet in a bedroom and closet. He also performed a repair on an area of carpet that is so good you would never know it had been damaged. I am very happy with the result.

I had just removed a large Persian rug that was over untouched wall-to wall carpeting, and I was expecting company the following day. There was a very noticeable demarkation line between the pristine new carpeting below the Persian rug and the uncovered three year old adjacent carpeting. I called the previous carpet cleaner but their phone lines were closed till Monday. I looked on Yelp and found a company, located just blocks from my condo, with five star reviews. Andrey answered the phone and came by within 15 minutes to see the flooring. He returned with his truck, cleaned my entire unit for his minimum job price, and totally eradicated the demarkation line. The worn and previously covered new carpeting blended together beautifully. Did I mention all this happened on a Sunday!!!
