The process is straightforward, but it can vary according to the platform and distance between players.

There are two official Minecraft editions: Java and Bedrock. The Bedrock version (formerly known as Pocket Edition) (formerly called Pocket Edition) is supported across multiple platforms like Android, iOS, Windows 10, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

Before making a multiplayer game certain things must be kept in mind. All players trying to connect must have the identical version of the game, and they all should have the same version of Minecraft (Java or Bedrock). If these requirements are met, the users can start an online game.

There are four ways that Minecraft gamers can make a multiplayer game.

Connecting with friends in Minecraft PE

1) Sending an invitation to a friend

Gamers can either send invitations to their friends to join their world, or connect to their friends and the world. This is a straightforward procedure that requires users to launch the game and enter the world in which they would like to invite their friends to. Once they are in this world, they need to send an invitation to their friend.

Xbox Live friends can be added to Minecraft, and in case the name of the friend isn't showing players can add them via their gamer tag.

2) Install a the LAN

To play multiplayer games via this method, users must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Once they have completed this, they can launch their game and then enter the world they wish to play in.

The host is then able to launch the entire world. Their friends can join by clicking the Play button. This takes them to the Play menu. They can then go to the Friends section at the top of this page to see the corresponding LAN games.

3) Joining an online server

To connect to an online server in Minecraft Bedrock, players should know the server's name, address/URL, and port number. Once they have these details, users need to open the game, select Play, and navigate to Servers through the Play Menu in which a number of servers will already be present.

Gamers can join any one of these servers. I Do What The Voices In My Head Tell Me If they wish to add another they need to scroll down until they can see the Add Server option. After filling in all the necessary information players can join the server that appeals to them.

They can browse MinecraftPocket-Servers or Minecraftlist.org to find and join the server they feel best suits them.

4) Minecraft Realms

Minecraft Realm gives players the most enjoyable multiplayer experience. It offers a variety of fantastic worlds to explore and allows users to create and host their games.

You can host up to 10 players simultaneously on the server. The greatest part is that the other players can still play without restriction even when the host isn't online.

The process of creating Realms in Minecraft Bedrock Edition is quite simple. Players have to go to their Play menu, and in Worlds right below the Create New button and the Realms option will be displayed. Once the realm has been established, all players have to do is invite their friends to join the realm.

The players are only able to join Realms when they are invited. Once they've accepted the invitation, players are able to navigate to the Friends section of the Play menu. They will be able see the realm they were invited to and tap it to enter.
